Registering your guarantee will assist us to provide you with the best possible attention should you require service during the period.
Your details may be used by Leisure Consumer Products and the Domestic and General Group of Companies for breakdown insurance and marketing purposes. No information supplied by you will be disclosed to any third party except sometimes in relation to repairing the product.
Registering your guarantee does not in any way diminish your statutory or legal rights.
Leisure provides as standard a free 1 year manufacturer's guarantee.
This guarantee covers the cost of any breakdown repairs and labour in the unlikely event you experience a problem with your appliance.
Unfortunately the guarantee does not cover if the product has been installed or operated incorrectly, or has been used for commercial use.
Consumable parts such as fuses in plugs and bulbs, which require routine replacement, are excluded from the guarantee. We recommend that all electrical appliances are installed by a qualified Electrical Domestic Appliances Installer, and Gas models are fitted by a RGII registered installer.
